- 05What if my payment failed or I missed a due invoice?If a payment fails, your booking access may be restricted. Please log in, go to Open Invoices, and complete the payment as soon as possible. Updating your payment card may also help resolve recurring issues. 
- 06I have two children. Do I need to log in and out each time to book classes for both?Not at all! If you have more than one child enrolled at Play Mandarin, we recommend using our Self-Service website instead of the app for smoother booking. Through the Self-Service booking platform: - You can switch between children’s profiles using the “Filter” function 
- You can also switch between locations or branches (e.g. Wimbledon or Hammersmith) easily 
- Once logged in, both children’s profiles will be linked under your account, so there’s no need to log out and back in

 ✅ You only need to log in once to manage and book classes for both children. 🔒 Note: If you need to update payment card details, that must still be done by logging into each child’s original account separately. If you’re unsure which login to use, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you in linking the profiles on our end. 
- 07How to download after-class materials? To help parents follow their child’s learning journey, we provide weekly after-class outlines and homework sheets. ✅ These materials include: – Key vocabulary and target sentences – A summary of class activities – Optional at-home practice or homework 🎥 Watch the tutorial video here: 👉 How to download after-class materials 🖥️ To access: - Click “Download” – this will take you to our secure pCloud portal. 
- Enter the password provided in your welcome email or password updated email. 
 🔁 Please note: We update the password each term, and the current password will always be sent to you via email at the start of term. 📁 Once inside the portal, you can directly browse and download the weekly outlines and homework for your child’s classes. 📌 These materials are available for all themed weekly classes. For native-level classes (like those using the Hello Huayu textbook), workbook tasks will be assigned instead and do not appear in this section.
