Freeze your Membership
You may request to freeze your Membership up to twice per calendar year, with a combined maximum freeze period of two (2) months in total.
Each freeze request requires one full calendar month’s written notice, submitted via our official freeze form.
The notice period begins from your next billing date.
🔒 During the freeze period:

Booking access and class attendance will be fully disabled.

Your Membership will be temporarily paused.
🔄 After the freeze:

Your Membership will automatically resume at the end of the approved freeze period.

Monthly fees will restart as normal.

If Membership is not renewed or maintained as active, your account may be terminated and a re-joining fee may apply should you wish to return.
💷 Pricing changes:

If our pricing changes during your freeze period, the updated rates will apply upon reactivation of your Membership.
Please note:

Freeze time does not count toward cancellation notice periods.
To request a freeze, please submit the official freeze form. (Freeze requests sent by email without the form will not be processed.)

For the avoidance of doubt, the “calendar year” is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis from the date of the Member’s first approved freeze request, and does not reset on 1 January.

為清楚說明,會籍暫停的年度計算方式為自首次核准的暫停申請日起,按十二個月為一個週期計算,而非以每年一月一日為起算點。
