Freeze your Membership
 

You may freeze your membership up to twice a year.

• Each freeze can be up to 2 months (no minimum length).

• The 12-month count starts from your first freeze date.

• We require one full calendar month’s written notice before the freeze takes effect, based on your payment date.

🔒 During the freeze period:

• You won’t be able to book or attend regular classes.

• Your credits will be paused and resume when your membership restarts.

• Freeze time does not count toward your cancellation notice.
